The firm of Anne Hersh, A.I.A. Architect, located in Corning, New York, is a general practice of architecture, covering the Southern Tier of New York as well as the Northern Tier of Pennsylvania. Project types encompass residential, commercial, religious, institutional, and municipal buildings, including new buildings as well as additions, alterations, and historic preservation.

Anne Hersh has been an architect for over thirty years. In 1990, Anne established a sole proprietorship: Anne Hersh, A.I.A. Architect in Corning. A branch office in Nevis, West Indies, was opened in 1997. The firm is certified by the New York State Governor’s Office as a (WBE) Women’s Business Enterprise.

Our services are complete and cover all aspects of architecture: planning, design, construction drawings and specifications, and construction inspection. We work with various surveying, engineering and planning consulting firms in the area.

Our prime interest has been in quality design: the balance between functional planning, aesthetics, and life cycle cost control. Each project is a unique design opportunity. We work closely with our clients, who are an important part of the design team.
